Medusawolf / Alan Brown.
From Alan Brown’s Website:
“Medusawolf is the codename for an elite special missions artist, Alan Brown. His mission: to guard his works in progress againt C.L.A.W. (Cats Living as Animal Warriors), an international syndicate of evil cat warlords determined to knock ALL THINGS on the floor. Together with his partner Kid Delicious (aka Cloverhunter) and the mysterious K-9 agent, Jeff, Medusawolf fights on to defend his comics, artwork, and other stuff from being covered in the cat hair of EVIL!!!”
I couldn’t have said it better myself. See more work below:

Nicholas Conbere, Finding Niches, 2012
ARTIST OF THE WEEK
Nick Conbere is an artist and educator living in Vancouver, Canada. He received an MFA in Printmaking from the University of Minnesota and an MFA in Illustration from the School of Visual Arts.
“My artwork presents invented landscapes that are composed to multiple layers of drawings and photos built up to create complex, dreamlike panoramas. The works are experiential interpretations of place. For content material, I investigate architecture, found objects, and natural features of chosen locations. Intermixing this variety of imagery provides a way to create discordant and lyrical depictions of relationships between the natural and man-made worlds.”
Conbere’s piece will be showing in our New Prints/New Narratives: Summer 2013 show opening Thursday June 13th.
